1. Upgrade the vertical motor pump station to a horizontal motor pump station
When the vertical motor pump station was put on the market, as more and more users were used, some customers also reported that this pump station was inconvenient to repair, increasing the cost of repair and maintenance, and the heat dissipation effect was not good. After discussion and demonstration by the company's technical department, from the perspective of users, it was decided to upgrade the pump station. After 3 months, the horizontal motor pump station was launched in 2022. Once launched, it received unanimous praise from customers.

2. Upgrade the flat cutter head to a conical cutter head
When the industry was using flat cutter heads, I also used flat cutter heads at first, but users have been reporting some problems with this type of head. However, after many feedbacks from our users and careful analysis by our after-sales staff, it was determined that the main disadvantage of the flat cutter head is that the head system has high pressure, which is easy to suffocate the head and cause great losses. At the same time, the jacking efficiency is low. The company decided to start the upgrade of the machine head technology. After the technical department's research and demonstration, the flat cutter disc was changed to a conical cutter disc, and it received high praise from customers after it was put on the market.

3. Upgrade the electromagnetic acceleration system of the cylinder to a hydraulic acceleration system
The cylinder acceleration system is used to accelerate the advancement speed of the foundation pit cylinder. This function can improve construction efficiency, but because there is often water in the construction work well, the electrified solenoid valve acceleration system will be damaged and fail once it is soaked in water! This is also a long-standing criticism. After continuous feedback from customers and analysis by our technical staff, our company decided to upgrade the electrified acceleration system to a hydraulic acceleration system, which makes all the foundation pit equipment in the work well de-electrified, not afraid of flooding, enhance the adaptability of the equipment, and improve construction efficiency.
